Pyongyang, May 23 (KCNA) -- The movement to create model lathes following the example of Lathe No. 26 that covers all sectors and units of socialist construction is further developing into an all-people patriotic movement.

More than 200 units were awarded the "Lathe No.26" Model Machine Prize this year amid the work to glorify the leadership exploits of the Workers' Party of Korea and establish the trait of loving their machines and workplaces and managing them as masters in close combination with the mass movement.

The fact that the units, which are nearly twice as many as the same period of last year, won the "Lathe No.26" Model Machine Prize is a manifestation of the great enthusiasm and ardent patriotism of the officials and working people to develop their units and increase production through innovative equipment management and technical management.
