Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- Many art pieces dealing with the revolutionary career and exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il have been created decade after decade.

Acrylic painting "O Korea, I Will Add Glory to Thee", Korean painting "Untrodden Path of Samjiyon", etc. are associated with the great personality of Kim Jong Il who made a new history of great succession and changes on this land with his distinguished political caliber and leadership, out of the faith and will to successfully carry forward the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered in Mt Paektu.

Korean painting "Unquenchable Light of the Party Central Committee", acrylic painting "New Morning of Our Party's History" and other paintings show the party-building exploits of the Chairman who developed the Workers' Party of Korea into the organizer and guide of all the victories of our Korean people and into the motherly party which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses.

Oil paintings depict the noble traits of the Chairman who had always found himself among the beloved people and children, listening to their simple story and bringing into full bloom their beautiful dreams and hopes.

Korean painting "For Covering Mountains and Fields with Green Woods", oil painting "Opening Up a New History of Taegye Islet" and other paintings make visitors recollect with deep emotion the devoted efforts made by the peerlessly great man to turn the country into a beautiful paradise for the people and hand it down to posterity.

The famous paintings dealing with the great brilliant commander's history of the Songun revolution were created to enrich the treasurehouse of Juche-oriented art.
