Women's Union Members Tour Taesongsan Revolutionary Battle Site

Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- Officials and members of the women's union in the DPRK visited the Taesongsan Revolutionary Battle Site on April 10.

Being briefed on the revolutionary battle site, the visitors recalled the immortal revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung who fulfilled the hope of the Korean people for national restoration by leading the anti-Japanese war to brilliant victory under the uplifted banner of the self-reliant independence.

Seeing the trees bearing revolutionary slogans, the visitors compared theirs with the spiritual world of the anti-Japanese fighters who dedicated their youth and lives to the independence of the country with absolute loyalty to their great leader and strong revolutionary faith.

They had meetings for hearing impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas and reciting poems and singing songs on the theme of the revolutionary traditions on the road of tour. They hardened their revolutionary will to invariably take the road of loyalty and patriotism by emulating the fighting spirit displayed by the first generation of the revolution. -0-
