Pyongyang, April 23 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in leading newspapers of the DPRK on Wednesday:

- The first damming project was successfully finished in the reclamation site of the Haebang Tideland.

-Successes have been made in different parts and various sectors.

- The Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK issued decrees on conferring the red flags of the three revolutions on exemplary units and the honored red flags on exemplary schools.
