Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- The Pukchang Thermal Power Complex in the DPRK is bringing about a great upsurge in production.

Last year the complex conducted maintenance and repair of the electric power system in a qualitative way to lay a foundation for the growth of production. It has directed primary efforts to improving the technical knowledge and skill of its employees and ensuring the full operation of equipment, thus increasing the output per generator.

Collective and successive innovations are being made at worksites amid the strengthened ties between units and processes and such brisk mass movements as a campaign in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with each other.

The officials and workers of the complex have steadily expanded the production success, raising the enthusiasm for setting new standards and new records. -0-
