Coal Output Goes Up at Pukchang Area Youth Coal-mining Complex

Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The Pukchang Area Youth Coal-mining Complex in the DPRK has secured reserve cutting faces through the high-speed tunneling campaign, and introduced advanced coal-mining methods.

The Phunggok Youth Coal Mine has carried out its daily coal production plan more than 1.5 times by conducting a mass movement and doing good deeds for the next shift.

The Namdok Youth Coal Mine and the Inpho Youth Coal Mine are improving the conditions of cutting faces and increasing the productivity by raising the operating rate of cutting face equipment of all the pits and coal-cutting work-teams.

The Hoean Youth Coal Mine is increasing reserve coal deposits by concentrating tunneling forces and means. And it is ensuring the normal operation of transport equipment.

The complex is taking foresighted measures for the long-term production. -0-
