Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- A national presentation on mushroom cultivation technology and experience took place at the Sci-Tech Complex here from October 15 to 17 under the sponsorship of the Korean Mushroom Association of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.

Attending the presentation on theme of the settlement of sci-tech problems arising in overhauling mushroom farms and increasing their annual output were officials, scientists, technicians and graduate students from over 30 units including Kim Il Sung University, the Central Mushroom Institute and the Ryugyong Mushroom Farm.

Submitted to the presentation were dozens of papers on producing tasty and nutritious mushrooms by introducing energy- and cost-saving and profitable methods of cultivation and phytosin.

There was a sci-tech lecture on various kinds of mushrooms and cultivation technology during the presentation. -0-
