Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex and the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex in the DPRK produced 7 000 and 3 000 more tons of fertilizer respectively than planned in February, saving a large amount of anthracite.

The gas producing shop, gas cleaning shop and urea shop of the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex increased the productivity by shortening the repair time and raising the operation rate of equipment.

The workers at the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex, too, contributed to the fulfillment of the plan by boosting the actual extraction rate while introducing rational operating methods in conformity with the requirements of standard operating methods in close cooperation among processes. -0-
