Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- The Myohyangsan Medical Appliances Factory, a model of the medical appliance industry in the DPRK, makes innovations in production.

The factory is strengthening the role of technicians and skilled workers to complete on a high level the medical appliances for hospitals to be built on a modern basis under the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea on regional development.

It is making technical innovations to develop various parts of medical equipment.

It is also stepping up the production of dozens of kinds of medical appliances designed to suit modern aesthetic tastes and convenience.

The bed branch factory, which sent high-quality beds to curative and preventive institutions last year, is boosting the production. -0-
