Pyongyang, January 17 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place on January 16 to mark the 10th anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's field guidance at the Kumkhop General Foodstuff Factory for Sportspeople.

Present there were Kim Il Guk, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, officials concerned and officials and employees of the factory.

Sin Hyon Ju, manager of the factory, made a report.

The reporter recalled that the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the factory on Jan. 17, 2015 and highly praised it as a self-reliant factory taking the lead in implementing the policies of the Workers’ Party of Korea and as a factory favored by the people and had a photo session with all its employees.

Later, the General Secretary paid deep attention to modernizing the factory and wisely led it to be a model and standard one among the foodstuff factories in the country and, visited the remodeled factory again in January 2016 to show great benevolence for it, the reporter said.

The reporter noted that the officials and employees of the factory have made proud successes through a vigorous drive to develop new products and expand the production capacity for the past decade, out of the mind to glorify the leadership exploits of the Party forever.

The reporter called upon all the officials and employees of the factory to produce more famous products and commodities favored by sportspersons and other people. -0-
