Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- Ryanggang Province in the DPRK is stepping up the efforts to provide efficient farm machines suitable for farm work in mountainous areas, according to Rodong Sinmun.

The province figured up the number of farm machines including the wheat and barley harvesters and trailing farm machines and took proper measures. It held technical consultations at industrial establishments and solved knotty problems by mobilizing technical forces in the province to push ahead with the farm machine production.

Those regions with large areas of sloping field secured cultivators and Kim Jong Suk, Kapsan, Taehongdan and Samsu counties produced mobile threshers and many other farm machines and accessories. -0-
