Pyongyang, August 28 (KCNA) -- A meeting of proclaiming the socialist emulation among the provinces for normalizing the production of the newly-built regional-industry factories was held in the DPRK through video conferencing on August 27.

Present there were Kim Myong Hun, vice premier of the Cabinet, Kim Jong Sun, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak In Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, and officials of ministries, national agencies and the Party and power organs in provinces, cities and counties, officials of the trade union and officials of the units participating in the emulation.

The meeting explained the immortal exploits of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who put forward a new policy on regional development and has energetically led its implementation.

An outline of socialist emulation was announced and a concluding speech was made. -0-
