Pyongyang, February 24 (KCNA) -- The Sariwon Tractor Parts Factory in North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK has produced thousands of farm machine parts of 20-odd kinds from the beginning of this year to send them to rural areas of the province.

The factory, furnished with modern equipment, is directing efforts to training skilled workers while carrying on the organizational and political work in a methodological way to give full play to the mental power of the masses for increased production.

Its casting workshop has operated medium frequency induction furnace in a responsible manner and actively applied efficient working methods to ensure the growth of production.

Workers of the material-preparing workshop reduced fuel consumption and increased the productivity of forgings.

The processing workshops have increased the number of skilled workers and operated machines at full capacity to carry out the plans for processing various gears, engine bodies, cylinder heads, etc.

Workers of the repair and maintenance workshop and the tool jig workshop provided in time accessories, tools, jigs and equipment necessary for production. -0-
