Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- A quality analysis station has been newly built in Ryanggang Province of the DPRK.

Its emergence provides another material and technical foundation conducive to the regional economic development and improvement of people's living standards by putting the analysis of product quality on a modern and scientific basis and decisively raising the quality of products.

Present at the inauguration ceremony held on December 25 were Ri Song Il, secretary of the Ryanggang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, employees of the provincial quality analysis station and working people in Hyesan City.

Ri Myong Jong, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, addressed the ceremony and speeches were made. -0-
