Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Pham Minh Chinh, prime minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on Sept. 2 to mark its 79th birthday.

The message wished the Vietnamese people greater success in their struggle for achieving the goal of building a prosperous state. -0-
