Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in leading newspapers of the DPRK on Saturday:

- An oratorical meeting of youth and students and a meeting of agricultural workers and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea to vow revenge were held on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.

- Successes have been registered in different economic sectors.

- Ceremonies for moving into new houses took place at the Wolryong Farm under the North Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee and the Songsa Farm in Pyokdong County.

- There was a national symposium in the field of forest.

- A contest of welders took place as part of the "Contest of Skilled Workers according to Occupations and Sectors of National Economy-2024".
