Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- Farms in South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK are pushing ahead with the work to introduce and generalize advanced scientific farming methods.

This year alone, the province completed the construction of hundreds of greenhouses capable of introducing advanced methods of cultivating rice seedlings.

It also conducted passing-on technique meetings to train the scientific and technological judgement of officials of cities, counties and farms and pushed ahead with the studying for preparing farmers to be those responsible for advanced scientific farming.

Thanks to the efforts of the officials and agricultural workers in the province, rice seedlings are growing up healthily at farm greenhouses. -0-
