Pyongyang, October 31 (KCNA) -- According to Rodong Sinmun, North Phyongan Province in the DPRK remodeled the hydro-meteorological branch administration.

The branch has been furnished with modern meteorological observation equipment, high-performance computers and furnishings and the power supply system has been set to ensure meteorological observation and forecast without interruption in any condition, thus providing the material and technical foundations to minimize any damage by disastrous abnormal weather. -0-
