Pyongyang, May 1 (KCNA) -- True to the decision of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the workers at the Sangwon Cement Complex in the DPRK fulfilled its national economic plan for April.

Technical and practical measures for improving the qualitative indices of the equipment according to systems and shortening the period of their repairing were taken and the overhaul of the cement production line No. 1 was completed in a short span of time, thus providing a sure guarantee for attaining the goal of increased production.

The officials and workers at the Sangwon Cement Complex are putting spurs to the drive for increased production to supply more cement to major theatres of socialist construction. -0-
