Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- Factories and enterprises in the field of machine-building industry of the DPRK are pushing ahead with the production of custom-built equipment and machine products.

The Ryongsong Machine Complex is stepping up the production of a large compressor for the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex while raising the skills of its workers through the campaign in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them.

The Taean Heavy Machine Complex is keeping the requirements of technical rules and standard operating method to improve the quality of products while producing parts necessary for repairing equipment of thermal power stations and equipment for hydro-power stations.

Meanwhile, the Anju Pumping Factory, the Pyongyang Electric Cable General Factory 326 and other units are striving to produce high-performance machines, parts and accessories. -0-
