Pyongyang, September 26 (KCNA) -- Successes have been reported one after another at the construction site of dwelling houses in the Komdok area of the DPRK.

Thanks to the efforts of the officials and workers, the interior and exterior plastering of dwelling houses has been concluded in the main and the overall construction projects are progressing apace at the final stage.

The officials of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry and the relevant units are improving the practical abilities of the construction officials and strengthening the ranks of skilled workers so as to ensure the quality of structures at high level, and giving detailed field technical guidance in the overall construction projects.

The self-reliance bases completed the production of dozens of kinds of finishing building materials and fittings with the locally available raw and other materials, thus providing a guarantee for concluding the construction of dwelling houses by the appointed date.

The construction command team is pushing ahead with the road construction and the retaining-wall project. -0-
