Exhibition of Intangible Cultural Heritages-2025 Opens

Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- The exhibition of intangible cultural heritages-2025 opened in the DPRK.

The exhibition brought together more than 80 units including the Agricultural Commission, the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Light Industry, the Ministry of Regional Industry and the Guidance Bureau of Public Catering Service. On display there were more than one hundred national and regional intangible cultural heritages including the Pyongyang Raengmyon (cold noodle) and the Korean Dressing Custom.

An opening ceremony took place at the Moranbong Youth Park on October 27.

Present there were Sung Jong Gyu, minister of Culture, officials concerned, officials and researchers of the exhibited units.

A speech was made at the opening ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the venue of the exhibition and enjoyed an art performance.

During the exhibition, there will be an experience-sharing meeting of intangible cultural heritages. -0-
