Pyongyang, March 10 (KCNA) -- Military and civilian builders of the DPRK speed up the foundation excavation and ground concrete tamping for building 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area.

The soldier-builders have carried out their daily construction assignments, displaying the might of the powerful revolutionary army and pushing head with the foundation excavation and ground concrete tamping simultaneously.

The brigade of the Ministry of Public Security has increased the utilization rate of vehicles and deepened the daily consultative meetings according to processes to bring about successes in the project.

Various civilian construction units, too, are making collective innovations.

The builders of the 1st and 2nd brigades of ministries and national agencies deployed the vehicles in a mobile way and raised their operation rate, thus completing the foundation excavation in a short span of time. -0-
