Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- The Contest of Skilled Workers with Different Jobs in Various Sectors of National Economy-2025 closed in the DPRK.

The contest opened in May last. It was held, divided into competitions among lathe operators and pipe-makers, plasterers, tailors and bread-makers. It brought together skilled workers with different jobs in various fields selected from ministries, national agencies and provincial people's committees.

A bread-makers competition took place from Oct. 22 to 28 at the Songchon County Foodstuff Factory.

A closing ceremony of the contest took place on Oct. 29.

Present there were Jin Kum Song, minister of Labour, officials concerned, officials of ministries, national agencies and provincial people's committees and working people.

Diplomas, trophies and medals were awarded to the participants who proved successful in the bread-makers competition. And citations of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea were conferred on Pyongyang Municipality, the Pyongyang Construction Commission, North Phyongan Province, Kaesong Municipality, Jagang Province and the Ministry of Machine-building Industry which proved successful in the contest. -0-
