Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- An exhibition of products of Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories in Pyongyang Municipality was held under the sponsorship of the Pyongyang Municipal Koryo Medicine Production Management Bureau, according to Minju Joson.

More than 170 kinds of Koryo medicines produced by Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories in the municipality of Pyongyang were on show at the exhibition, themed by "Diversification of efficacious Koryo medicines".

The Phyongchon Koryo Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory exhibited its patent products, including insam Ganoderma Lucidum fermented drink which has been developed and produced since this year, drawing the attention of participants in the exhibition.

Among the exhibits were efficacious Koryo medicines the Taedonggang, Pothonggang and Sosong Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories developed and produced with ingredients extracted from animal, plant and mineral resources abundant in the country.

The experience gained in developing new products and the advanced techniques for producing Koryo medicines were exchanged and shared during the exhibition. -0-
