Anniversary of Youth Movement Museum Marked in DPRK

Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- The Youth Movement Museum in the DPRK marked the tenth anniversary of its founding.

The respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un personally initiated the construction of the Youth Movement Museum and solved all problems arising in its construction ranging from design to supply of materials.

Thanks to his meticulous care, the museum could be built as a precious treasure reflecting the proud history of the Korean youth movement and proclaim its founding on January 21, 2016.

Over the past decade, the employees of the museum have made a positive contribution to giving wide publicity to the validity and vitality of the Workers' Party of Korea's politics of attaching importance to the youth and to firmly preparing the young people of the new generation as reliable successors to the revolution.

A commemorative meeting took place on Jan. 20 at the Central Youth Hall.

Present there were Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials of the youth league, officials and employees of the museum and youth and students in Pyongyang.
