Meeting of Service Personnel of Ministry of Public Security to Adopt Letter of Loyalty Held on Top of Mt Paektu

Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- A meeting of service personnel of the Ministry of Public Security was held on the top of Mt Paektu, the sacred mountain of the revolution, on September 12 to adopt a letter of loyalty to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Present there were Pang Tu Sop, minister of Public Security of the DPRK, Sim Hong Bin, director of the Political Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, and other service personnel of the Public Security Forces (PSF).

A letter of loyalty to Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.

Then oath-taking speeches were made there.

Speakers said that the letter of loyalty to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un reflects the firm faith and will and unshakable pledge of all the service personnel of the PSF to become iron shields and bulletproof walls devotedly defending the great Party Central Committee, following the noble mental world of the preceding generations who had remained faithful to the cause of the Party.

They expressed their resolutions to turn all the regions of the country into the tough fortresses defending the leader unto death, always regarding it as the first mission and the first revolutionary task to safeguard the leader, and to prepare the PSF into the Party's revolutionary armed force which remains absolutely loyal to and obeys the idea and leadership of the Party Central Committee.

A letter of loyalty presented by the officers and men of the PSF to Kim Jong Un was handed over to the letter relay team.

The relay team left for Pyongyang, flying the flag of the WPK before the ranks. -0-
