Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Security Council of the Russian Federation led by Secretary Sergei Shoigu arrived here on Friday to visit the DPRK.

It was greeted by Pak Jong Chon, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea and secretary of the WPK Central Committee, Kim Jong Gyu, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy. -0-
