Pyongyang, September 25 (KCNA) -- Chongjin Restaurant was newly built in North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

The restaurant, built to preserve the peculiarity of the Korean-style building in a modern style, has dining rooms for tasty and nutritious foods and dishes and a banquet hall.

Present at an opening ceremony held on September 24 were Kim Yong Hwan, chief secretary of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs and working people in the province and Chongjin City, and employees of the restaurant.

At the ceremony, a speaker said that the new mass public catering service base is a fruition of the benevolent care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is making ceaseless journey of selfless, devoted service for the good of the people, regarding creation for them as his greatest pleasure.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round Chongjin Restaurant. -0-
