Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- New houses have been built in Yuhyon-dong, Rajin District of Rason Municipality in the DPRK and working people there greeted the auspicious event of moving into those new houses.
The new village, designed to sustain regional characteristics and embody modernity and cultural character with enhanced beauty with conspicuous greening, adds to the delight of the people to inspire them with confidence in the bright future.
A ceremony of moving into new houses took place on the spot on Thursday.
Present there were Sin Yong Chol, chief secretary of the Rason Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs in Rajin District and workers of the Yuhyon agro-stock production branch office under the Rajin public catering service management station.
A congratulatory speech was made at the ceremony and licenses for the use of the houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.
At the end of the ceremony there was a performance given by officials of the Rason Municipal Party Committee and members of the municipal artistic motivation team.
The festive mood of the village was revved up by the workers dancing for joy and the happy images of the children who received dwelling house free of charge.
Officials shared joy with the owners of the new houses and encouraged them to do more work for the grateful socialist system. -0-
