Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- The spirit of new innovations, bold creation and steady advance is being displayed at the construction site of 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area in the DPRK.

The Pyongyang Construction Commission Brigade has over-fulfilled the plan for the framework of 17 blocks by 1.2 times with innovative construction method.

The brigade combined the monolithic construction method with pre-fab building method to put construction on a scientific basis and, at the same time, conducted operation and commands to make all units ensure proper process-by-process engagement.

The commanding officials and builders of the brigade are putting spurs to the struggle to greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea with labour achievements while boosting loyalty and patriotic enthusiasm to carry out the final-stage task of the five-year plan for capital city construction. -0-
