Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- Rural villages in South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK are busy with the work to finish rice-transplanting in the right time and in a qualitative way.

Thanks to the great enthusiasm and positive efforts of officials and agricultural workers in the province and helpers to bring about a bumper harvest this year, the rice-transplanting has been successfully completed at over 300 farms and the rice-transplanting of the main areas in the province is progressing at the final stage.

The province has taken preliminary steps to minimize damage from disastrous abnormal weather amid the work for finishing the rice-transplanting in the right time. -0-
