Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- A delegation carrying the letter of loyalty sent by the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) for celebrating the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Ri Kwang Il, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, arrived here on October 2.
