Fertilizer Production Goes up in DPRK

Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex in the DPRK is now boosting the production.

Its employees have produced hundreds of more tons of fertilizer than planned every day, saving a lot of anthracite by dint of science and technology.

The molding shop improves equipment management and technical control and enhances the responsibility and role of skilled workers and the gas producing shop increases the number of equipment in operation and the amount of gas per unit.

The gas cleaning shop and the ammonia shop are increasing the production of quality ammonia while organizing labour in a rational way and operating major equipment at full capacity.

Workers and technicians of the urea shop, too, are boosting the production with the same raw materials by reducing the standard of material consumption per unit as much as possible.

Workers of the forwarding shop are registering high results by introducing a new invention for increasing the speed of packing and forwarding of fertilizer. -0-
