Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, on Nov. 22 sent a congratulatory message to Thongsavanh Phomvihane upon his appointment as foreign minister of Laos.

Expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship between the two countries would continue to develop thanks to the joint efforts of their foreign ministries, the message wished the new Lao foreign minister success in his work. -0-
