Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- Meetings were held in provinces (cities and counties) and at the Cabinet, ministries and national agencies of the DPRK to mark the 50th anniversary of the start of the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.

Present at the meetings were officials of the Party and administrative organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national agencies, meritorious persons of socialist patriotism, exemplary three-revolution standard-bearers and members of three-revolution teams.

Commemorative reports were made at the meetings.

The reporters said that President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il personally initiated the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement and made sure that the three revolutions-ideological, technological and cultural-were dynamically carried on in all the fields of the revolution and construction, thus performing undying feats in accomplishing the cause of the Juche revolution, the cause of building a socialist power.

The reporters noted that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un advanced the idea of transforming all the revolutionary positions in line with the demands of the three revolutions and developed the movement onto a new high stage as required by the overall development period of socialism. And he energetically led the work to dynamically promote the simultaneous and balanced development of all the regions of the country, the reporters added.

They said that thanks to the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un, the revolutionary ranks of the DPRK have become more elite, a new era of self-respect and prosperity, the era of our state-first principle, has been born on this land and valuable and meaningful successes have been made for the prosperity and development of the country.

They called upon officials, Party members and other working people to usher in an era of comprehensive prosperity for national rejuvenation with confidence, true to the Workers' Party of Korea's line of transforming all the revolutionary positions in line with the demands of the three revolutions.

They stressed that all the officials should more briskly organize and conduct the movement, with the high awareness that they assume full responsibility for the work of their regions and units before the Party. -0-
