Pyongyang, August 2 (KCNA) -- A Thrice Three-Revolution Red Flag was awarded to the Nano Science and Technology Institute of Kim Chaek University of Technology.

The institute developed new nano-technology products and successfully solved many problems arising in the research into educational science.

Present at the awarding ceremony held on Thursday were Ri Myong Chol, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials and teaching staff of Kim Chaek University of Technology and its Nano Science and Technology Institute.

A decree of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly was issued at the ceremony before awarding a citation and the flag.

Orders were awarded to the officials and teaching staff who set an example in the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement. -0-
