Pyongyang, August 2 (KCNA) -- The Chollima Tile Factory in the DPRK is taking the lead in the advance of the new era, fulfilling its mission and role as a powerful building-materials producer of the country.

For the past decade since the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the factory on August 2, Juche 103 (2014), its officials and workers have displayed extraordinary creative ability with a single mind to live up to the trust and expectation of the Party Central Committee that the factory would take the lead in the struggle for ushering in a great heyday of construction.

The factory has made great progress in putting production lines on an automated, modern and multifunctional basis, surpassed the peak year level every year and steadily increased its production capacity, thus boosting the production three times as against the result ten years ago.

The proud course covered by the factory over the past decade is a precious fruition of the energetic leadership of the General Secretary who opened up a new phase of the Juche-oriented tile industry and of the loyalty and patriotic spirit of the officials and workers of the factory who have supported the Party's plan and determination with practical successes. -0-
