Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- Taekwon-Do universities across the DPRK are improving and intensifying the education in specialized theory and practice.

Pyongyang Municipal Taekwon-Do University developed programs and devices for measuring and estimating speed, strength and accuracy in Taekwon-Do technical movements and introduced rational training means and methods to improve the ability of students.

Kangwon Provincial and North Hamgyong Provincial Taekwon-Do universities are introducing Taekwon-Do and Paduk teaching and training methods helpful to improving the students' physical and technical ability and judgment of situation.

Teachers of South Hamgyong Provincial Taekwon-Do University completed the Taekwon-Do match analysis system and created a new method for teaching and training of sparring by use of light sensors.

Similar successes are made in South Hwanghae Provincial, North Hwanghae Provincial and South Phyongan Provincial Taekwon-Do universities. -0-
