Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun says in an article on Friday that the Workers' Party of Korea is a powerful party which proves the validity of the masses' cause of independence, the socialist cause, and the inevitability of its victory through gigantic revolutionary practice.

The eye-opening reality of the DPRK in which the spirit of fresh innovations, bold creation and constant advance is being steadily enhanced in the overall spheres of the state and social life despite the daily-increasing harsh trials is a clear demonstration of the WPK's mature leadership and staunch practical ability, says the article, and goes on:

The indomitable struggle of the WPK is a fundamental source of bringing about substantial and progressive changes on all fronts of the socialist construction.

The WPK, which is unfazed by difficulties and is not content with successes, is now confidently opening up the period of the overall development of socialism while making a dynamic advance towards greater victory.

The new era of the overall development of socialism, in which all fields of the state and social life are developing simultaneously and the capital city and regions are changing together, is a brilliant crystallization of victories and successes made by the WPK through its positive and bold struggle.

The WPK's decisive struggle is always leading to a great victory thanks to the most scientific and concrete struggle plan and action programme.
