National Oratorical Meeting Held in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- A national oratorical meeting took place at the People's Palace of Culture here on April 11 to mark the 113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

Present there were Ju Chang Il, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned and officials and working people in Pyongyang.

At the oratorical meeting, the performers highly praised the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung who provided a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country and the happiness of all generations with his outstanding ideology and gigantic revolutionary practice. And they impressively told about the great personality of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un who is opening up a new era of cultural efflorescence of socialism in which the long-cherished desire of the people is brought into brilliant reality.

They said that the sacred life of the President was a precious one of the popular leader who always shared joy and sorrow with the people, not allowing any privilege to him.

Noting that the three essential projects were included in the regional development policy along with the construction of regional-industry factories and have been pushed ahead with and that the flood victims spent dreamy days in Pyongyang and received new luxurious houses, the performers stressed that such facts are impressive pictures and legends of love that can be witnessed only in the Korean-style socialist system guided by Kim Jong Un, the tender-hearted father valuing the people most.

They ardently called upon all the officials and working people to kindle the flames of increased production at every workplace and achieve proud successes of loyalty and patriotism and thus significantly greet the 80th birthday of the WPK and its Ninth Congress. -0-
