Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- The 2025 Spring Garment Exhibition opened in the capital city of Pyongyang on the occasion of the significant April holiday.

On display there are more than 27 000 women's, men's and children's clothes and national clothes of over 20 kinds made by more than 160 light industrial goods production units across the country, including the Ministry of Light Industry, the Ponghwa Trade Bureau and Pyongyang Municipality.

Also presented are garments of various styles and shapes produced at garment factories in Sukchon and Unsan counties and other regions which were successfully built last year as the first entities for implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's Regional Development 20×10 Policy.

And displayed are designs of new and peculiar clothes as well as bags, hats, brooches and other luxury goods.

Present at the opening ceremony held on April 11 were officials concerned and officials, technicians, experts, producers of the exhibiting units. -0-
