Kim Jong Un received congratulatory messages from the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China who is the president of the People's Republic of China, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party who is the president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba who is the president of the Republic of Cuba.

He received a flower basket from the president of Mongolia.

He received a congratulatory letter from the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan.
