Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- A tunneling emulation is going on among units in the coal industrial sector of the DPRK.

The Ministry of Coal Industry organized a fourth-stage high-speed tunneling emulation to secure much more deposits of coal.

Prior to the emulation, officials of the ministry went to the spots to organize a demonstration in order to make the tunneling units share successes and experience gained in the course of high-speed tunneling emulations at coal mining complexes and coal mines across the country.

The Pukchang Area Youth Coal Mining Complex is striving to secure reserve cutting faces. Officials help the tunneling workers to create new norms and new records while solving problems at tunneling faces. And they are reviewing and evaluating tunneling units' results in a substantial way to stimulate the enthusiasm for emulation among units.

Similar successes are being made at the Sunchon Area Youth Coal Mining Complex and other coal mining complexes across the country. -0-
