Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- Ri Chang Dae, minister of State Security of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and his party left here on Monday to take part in the 13th meeting of high representatives responsible for security issues to be held in Russia.

They were seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Ministry of State Security and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK. -0-
