Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers in the machine-building industry of the DPRK have achieved successes in reinforcing its material and technical foundations.

The Ryongsong Machine Complex introduced valuable technical innovations and inventions and newly manufactured a high-performance digital comprehensive processing lathe to ensure the accuracy of processing the products as required by the designs while increasing productivity.

Workers and technicians of the Taean Heavy Machine Complex, in contact with a relevant unit, solved sci-tech problems arising in manufacturing and installing dozens of equipment of 20-odd kinds to establish a new process of recycling waste oil.

Similar successes have been achieved at the Songchongang Electric Appliance Factory, the Munchon Valve Factory, the Ranam Coal-mining Machine Factory and the Taedonggang Electric Appliance Factory. -0-
