Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- A meeting for reviewing the 2024 socialist emulation in the fruit farming sector of the DPRK took place on Thursday.

Present there were Ri Chol Man, vice-premier of the Cabinet and chairman of the Agricultural Commission, Kim Jong Sun, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Agricultural Commission, the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) and units participating in the emulation and exemplary agricultural workers.

Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the Central Committee of the UAWK, made a reviewing report.

The participants in the meeting watched a video dealing with the experience of units which took the lead in the socialist emulation.

Then the rankings were announced.

Citations and rotating pennants in the joint name of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Cabinet of the DPRK were conferred on Pukchong County, the Onchon Fruit Farm and the Toksong Apple Farm. -0-
