"Nyomaeng" Small Tractors Conveyed to Wollang Farm in Anbyon County

Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- "Nyomaeng" small tractors provided by the women's union organizations across the DPRK through a good-conduct movement were conveyed to the Wollang Farm in Anbyon County, Kangwon Province, on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

A meeting to convey the tractors was held in Anbyon County on September 30.

Present there were Han Kwang Ho, vice department director of the WPK Central Committee, Jon Hyang Sun, chairwoman of the Central Committee of the women's union, officials concerned and agricultural workers and members of the women's union in Anbyon County.

Speakers at the meeting said that the officials and members of the women's union should more vigorously conduct the mass movement conducive to the prosperity of the country with their boundless loyalty to the Party and noble patriotism.

They stressed that all the officials and working people should make substantial improvement in developing the regional economy and increasing the agricultural production and thus glorify the significant Ninth Party Congress with proud labour achievements.

After the meeting was over, tractors left for the farm amid the send-off by the participants. -0-
