Pyongyang, December 29 (KCNA) -- Hamhung Choe Hui Suk Teachers Training College was newly built in the DPRK.

The university has multi-functional laboratories, classrooms, e-library, gymnasium, dormitory and other necessary conditions and environments.

Present at the inauguration ceremony were Wi Chol Su, secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and teachers and students of the university.

Jang Sung Sop, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inaugural address. -0-
