Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with a congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan led by Kim Chol, chairman of the Hyogo Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, to celebrate the greatest auspicious February holiday of the nation, in a compatriotic atmosphere at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Feb. 26.
